Kidscope sees the patterns.

Busy schedules mean parents often miss the small signals — the dip in mood on Tuesdays, the protein gap on school days, the screen creep. Kidscope makes these visible.

🏆

Monthly deep report

A 5-page monthly report ranks your child vs national ICMR / WHO data — and gives you a personalised action plan.

Everything you need

What Kidscope tracks & delivers

Built specifically for Indian parents and children — benchmarks, food, and context are all India-specific.

😊

Emotional health tracking

Daily scores across 4 emotional dimensions — overall mood, school day, friendships and behaviour at home. Patterns emerge over weeks, not from one bad day.

🥗

Nutrition logging

Log meals conversationally — no calories to count. AI estimates protein, calories and sugar using ICMR 2020 guidelines tailored to your child's age.

📱

Screen time monitoring

Daily screen hours logged and compared against WHO age-specific limits. Get a percentile ranking vs Indian peers every month.

🚨

Red flag alerts

The AI detects when mood has been consistently low, protein is chronically short, or screen time is spiking — and sends a gentle nudge on Sunday.

🏅

Achievement badges

Parents earn weekly badges like "Nutrition Champ", "Mood Guardian" and "Screen Saver" — keeping the habit fun and motivating.

📄

PDF reports (weekly & monthly)

Auto-generated PDF reports with charts, 4-week comparisons, AI insights and a personalised next-month action plan. Share with your child's doctor anytime.

😴

Sleep tracking

Bedtime and wake time logged each evening, turned into hours slept and measured against AAP guidelines for your child's exact age. Short sleep is flagged before it becomes a pattern.

🎯

Goals that track themselves

Set a goal for screen time, sleep, protein, confidence or six other areas. Kidscope builds a staged 4-week plan from your child's own data and tracks it from your daily check-in.

🏆

National percentile benchmarks

"Avi is in the top 39% of 12-year-olds in India for screen time management." Real data, personalised for your child's exact age group.

💡

Parenting tips & Q&A

Ask Kidscope anything about your child — development questions, behaviour tips, nutrition advice — and get an AI response grounded in child psychology.

🔔

Smart reminders

Breakfast at 8 AM, tiffin at 12:30 PM, dinner at 7:30 PM, end-of-day wrap at 9:30 PM — timed to real Indian family schedules.

Why this matters

Parents are busy. Children can't always say what they feel.

That's the gap Kidscope fills — it gives your child a voice through your daily 2-minute observation.

🕐

You don't have time for a therapy appointment every week

Kidscope isn't therapy — it's an early-warning system that tells you when to have a deeper conversation, and when everything's fine.

📉

One bad mood isn't a pattern — 10 days is

Without data, it's impossible to tell if your child's Tuesday slumps are a reaction to something real. Kidscope makes the invisible visible.

🇮🇳

India-specific, not copy-paste Western advice

Our benchmarks use ICMR 2020 dietary guidelines and WHO India school-age norms — not American or European averages that don't apply here.

What you'll know after 30 days

Most parents are surprised by what a month of data reveals. Here's what you'll have:

  • Your child's average mood across school, social and home contexts
  • Exactly how your child's protein and calorie intake compares to ICMR targets
  • Whether screen time is within WHO limits for your child's age
  • Which days and weeks had emotional dips — and possible reasons why
  • A percentile ranking vs all Indian children the same age
  • A personalised action plan for the next month
  • A shareable PDF you can show your child's doctor or school counsellor

What Kidscope can — and can't — do for you

We're honest about this. Kidscope is a powerful tracking and insight tool, not a replacement for professional care.

Spot emotional patterns over time

Consistent mood dips, stress on school days, social withdrawal — Kidscope identifies these trends so you can act early.

Give nutrition context

Is your child eating enough protein for their age? Are sugar levels creeping up? We compare to ICMR targets specific to age and weight.

Answer parenting questions

Ask anything — "Why does my 10-year-old get so angry after school?" — and get thoughtful, evidence-based guidance.

Create a health record to share with doctors

The monthly PDF is a structured health summary your paediatrician or school counsellor can read in 3 minutes.

Benchmark vs national peers

Know where your child actually stands — not just "good" or "bad", but top 25% or bottom 35% for their exact age group in India.

Keep parents accountable and consistent

Daily reminders, badges and streak tracking keep the habit going. The more data, the sharper the insights.

⚠️

What Kidscope is not: Kidscope is an observation and insight tool — it is not a substitute for a paediatrician, child psychologist or therapist. If Kidscope's data reveals concerning patterns, please consult a qualified professional. The AI insights are informational and not medical advice.

Goals

Turning a worry into a plan

Tell Kidscope what is bothering you. It builds a realistic, staged target from your child's own data — then tracks it for you.

1

You name the worry

“Aarav is on his phone three hours a day.”

2

Kidscope proposes a goal

Built from his last two weeks — never an arbitrary number, and never all at once.

3

It becomes a weekly plan

Week 1: no screens at meals. Week 2: 30 minutes outdoor first. Week 3: device out of the bedroom.

4

Progress tracks itself

Screen hours are already in your daily check-in. There is nothing extra to log.

5

You get honest feedback

If the pace is too slow, it says so — and tells you how many more weeks it realistically needs.

Ask it anything, any time

The check-in takes two minutes. The conversation is unlimited — and it answers having read your child's entire record.

A general AI would say

“Children often become quieter during periods of change. Try creating a calm space, keep communication open, and consider limiting screen time. If you remain concerned, consult a professional.”

Kidscope says

“Aarav's friends score has averaged 2.0 this week, down from 3.4. Looking back, it first dropped in the week of 7 July — the same week screen time went from 1.2 to 2.9 hours a day. His all-time average is 3.1, so this is genuinely unusual for him, not just a quiet patch.Tonight, try asking who he sat with at lunch rather than whether he had a good day.”

Why we built this

We asked 200 Indian parents first

Before writing a line of code, we ran a survey. Here is what parents told us — and it is the reason Kidscope works the way it does.

83%
would use a WhatsApp-based parenting tool
So we built it inside WhatsApp — no app to download, nothing new to learn.
36%
named privacy as their biggest concern
So the privacy promise is in the very first message, before we ask anything about your child.
1 in 3
weren't sure a tool like this could really help
So every insight cites your child's own numbers — never generic advice.
What worried parents most, in their own order
📱 Screen addiction 🥗 Nutrition 👫 Social behaviour 📚 Academic pressure 😔 Emotional withdrawal

Kidscope is in early access with our first group of families. We would rather show you the research that shaped it than testimonials we have not earned yet — real parent stories will go here once we have them.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Kidscope.ai free? What's the catch? +
Yes — completely free, and there's no catch. We're in early access and building our first community of parents. You get everything: daily check-ins, weekly PDF reports, monthly deep reports, AI insights and parenting Q&A. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden upsell. We may introduce a premium tier later — but early users will always be treated well.
Do I need to download an app? +
No app required. Everything happens inside WhatsApp — the messaging app you already use every day. Just save the number and start chatting.
How long does a daily check-in take? +
About two minutes. There is one daily check-in in the evening — a short set of one-tap questions covering mood, school, friends, behaviour at home, sleep, activity and screen time. Separately, you get gentle meal reminders at breakfast, tiffin and dinner, where you just reply with a photo or a line of text.
Is my child's data private and secure? +
Messages are encrypted in transit and your data is stored on our own secured servers in India. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train any AI model. You can type my data any time to see everything we hold, or delete my data to erase all of it permanently.
My child is 5 years old. Is Kidscope suitable? +
Yes! Kidscope works for children aged 4 to 17. The nutrition targets, screen time limits and emotional benchmarks are all adjusted automatically for your child's specific age based on ICMR and WHO guidelines.
What if I miss a day or two? +
No problem. Kidscope works with whatever data you give it. Even 15–20 check-ins a month generates meaningful patterns. The more consistent you are, the richer the insights — but there's no penalty for missing days.
Can I track more than one child? +
Currently Kidscope supports one child per WhatsApp number. Support for multiple children from the same account is on our roadmap and coming soon.
Which WhatsApp number does Kidscope use? +
Kidscope runs on our own verified Indian WhatsApp Business number, +91 70876 95929, on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Our business is verified with Meta as Oohr Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Your messages are encrypted by WhatsApp exactly like any other chat.
